Thermal design

We carry out thermal calculations for several OEMs, focusing on the machines they produce. These calculations are essential for optimising machine performance and efficiency under different conditions. This includes calculations for blanching, cooking, cooling, freezing and drying products.

Based on these thermal calculations, we provide the design specifications for the components essential for an optimal process, such as heat exchangers, fans and pumps. We also help to think through the process engineering aspects of the machines.

We can also carry out this work for an end customer if, for example, an existing installation needs to be modified or extended.
