Baking fume condenser
Baking fume condensers (Brüden) are used to recover energy from baking processes. Baking fumes typically have a temperature of 110-120°C and contain a significant amount of water vapour due to evaporation of water from the product.
By condensing the water vapour in a baking fume condenser, a significant amount of energy can be recovered and transferred to a hot water circuit. The recovered energy can then be re-used in other processes. The condenser required is calculated on a customer-specific basis.
In addition to the condenser, Profenco can also take care of all the necessary components around the condenser, such as extraction fans, condensation tanks, pumps and fittings. Of course, we can also manage the entire process for you, where we design, supply and install the entire system.
